I currently head up the Management & Leadership Faculty at Milpark Business School located in Johannesburg, South Africa where I also teach, research and write in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Innovation and Technology.

Prior to entering the academia in 2008 I was an independent Consulting Strategist specialising in organisational renewal, and secured extensive exposure in the capacity of entrepreneur, consultant, speaker, coach, facilitator and trainer to large corporate organisations and SME’s, with a client portfolio that spanned the mining-, banking-, manufacturing-, telecoms-, tourism-, educational- and financial services industry sectors.

My areas of interest are entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, leadership, teams, change, strategy and philosophy.
